Biocorneum Gel or Cream For Breast Surgery Related Scars?

I am using biocorneum for the scars related to my breast surgeries. I had breast cancer and then a lift and implants. I bought the cream from my surgeon and then found it less expensive on line. The Biocorneum from my doctor is a cream, the Biocorneum from the online doctor is a gel. Is there a difference and if so, which is the better of the two?? Thank you Linda

Silicone gels, pulsed dye scar laser, selective IIT, and pressure treatment are all great options for surgical scars.
