Bigger eyes after surgery

in most cases where you hear about someone's eyes looking bigger after eyelid surgery, that involves an older person that had a large amount of skin removed so the ability to see the white and colored iris is better. At your age, I am not sure that what you are hoping to find is possible. I cannot imagine that there is any excess skin issue and it is more likely just a genetic issue that you have. Sorry.

This is a circumstance that is very hard to answer without an actual personal consultation.

Your best options here are likely to relate to eyebrow lifting rather than eyelid surgery or filling the hollow upper eyelid sulcus.  If you have upper eyelid ptosis contributing to the overall effect, this might also define a treatment path to address the situation.  I would overall advise a great deal of caution regarding surgical options especially in India where training of surgeons is not always idea and the level of service varies profoundly.

Changing size of eyes after Blepharoplasty or Brow Lift

Blepharoplasty, or eyelid surgery can make the eyes appear more open and increase the distance between the lower and upper eyelashes but can't change the actual size of the eyes as this is dictated by the shape and size of the bony eye socket.  If your brows are low, you can have a Brow Lift that can make the eyes appear more aesthetically attractive.

Can Surgery Make my Eyes Bigger?

Pictures would be very helpful.  We commonly perform surgeries to open eyes more, but every case is unique.
