White birth marks. Any suggestions?

Naves anemicus vs segmental vitiligo.
Really can not comment unless a diagnosis is made. White birthmarks are very hard to treat, as lasers can not put pigment back, however I know that new tech in the next few years from Harvard is looking at replacing skin. This maybe an option, depending on the type of malformation. All the best, Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane. Australia.
