Silhouette lift botched? What should I do? (Photos)

These photos are from 5 days out from a neck and jaw lift. II have a spot of severe pain that is small and hard where the cones may have slipped. There is severe asymmetry that is soft and floppy not swelling. Uneven placement on right and left side. Also 2 strings of 8s were used instead of 12s because the office ran out. Photo purple tight - blue area of soft loose skin - yellow tight. I understand there will be some puckering. Had Chin Lipo April 2021
