Does rotating the nasal tip shorten the nose? (Photos)
4 months ago I had a revision rhinoplasty. My surgeon derotated and deprojected my tip. He also dissected my nostrils and lowered my lower lateral crura to the base of my alar rims. On top of that a tongue and groove procedure was done. I'm very unhappy with the way this looks. I want to get back to some semblance of my original nose. I'm realistic enough to know that my original nose is gone. My tip needs to go up a bit. Will rotating the tip shorten my nose? What technique could lengthen it?
