Risks associated with reversing a tongue-in-groove? (photos)

In my recent revision rhinoplasty I wanted a slight reduction in columellar visibility. As a result, a small amount from my medial crura was "shaved" and I ended up with a tongue-in-groove procedure that basically removed my columella altogether. I should also mention that my tip was significantly derotated and my alar rims were brought down to the very bottom of my nostrils. I'd like to raise my tip a bit and undo this tongue-in-groove. What are the risks and is a natural outcome likely?
