Can excess skin be removed from upper cheeks toward temple and lower eyelid? Only skin removal!

I had sudden weight/edema gain and loss in my face in my late twenties, now left with excess skin. It's a thin layer that i can pull out of my upper cheeks without grabbing any tissue!
