One eye blurry 3 weeks after PRK. Is this normal?

I got prk done almort 3 weeks ago. Its been few days that my right eye seems little blurry then the left eye, I can see things little clearer with the left eye but right eye is little blurry. Is this normal??

it is normal bc recovery after PRK takes a long time
that's why LASIK was invented
if you couldn't get LASIK bc of a thin cornea or high Rx, then you should have gotten a LASEK, it's like a fast-recovery form of PRK
