How to remove a few fillers from lips without surgery?

From the picture it looks as though the injections were just recently done.  My first suggestion would be that you could wait until the swelling has resolved and then make a decision.  If it is Hyaluronic Acid filler, then "reversing" some of the volume can be done with Hyaluronidase.  Other forms of injection may require surgery.

If it is Hyaluronic acid (HA) filler it may be dissolved by injection  of Hyaluronidase(Vidase), an enzyme that dissolves HA incrementally till you get the result you want.  If it is Radiesse or MMA  based fillers you may have to wait it out  or undergo complicated surgical procedures to remove it. Results may be worse than where you started from. Good Luck.

Hello Imannn. If a Hyaluronic Acid Filler such as Juvederm, Restylane, or Belotero was used in your lips then it can be dissolved using Hyaluronidase.
