Rhinoplasty result

A profile picture would help in trying to determine exactly what procedure was done or is being proposed to be done to achieve this result. From the front view it appears osteotomies, alar work, and tip refinement to put it in simple words. There is of course more involved in a Rhinoplasty then stated above and requires the skilled hands of an experienced surgeon. Best regards!

Results after rhinoplasty speak for themselves

Often we cannot look at a given result and tell just what has been 'done' to get a given result. There are differing options which can lead to the same effect. Your photo shows narrowing which might be produced by grafting or by infracture of the bridge. The result speaks for itself, and if you like it be sure to share your interest with your surgeon.

Multifaceted Rhinoplasty

Based on a photo from one angle, it is hard to tell you what exactly was done or should be done to provide you with the "after" results.

Nonetheless, what is obvious that you had narrowing of the dorsal bridge and the alar base with a possible projection of the tip. It seems that an L-shaped implant was used in this case.

That being said please remember that commendable results require an exceptionally skilled surgeon to perform the surgery and settling for anything less than that increases the chances of corrective surgeries dramatically.

I hope this helps.
Thank you for your inquiry.
The best of luck to you.
