Reshaping the nasal tip

Thank you for the question and photos. Reshaping the cartilage in the course of rhinoplasty typically involves breaking the nasal bones. In some cases, however, plastic surgeons can effectively contour the tip of the nose without breaking the bones. The best way to guarantee a reliable advice would be to schedule a consultation. In the course of an in-person examination, your plastic surgeon will determine how to reshape the tip in such a way that it balances with the remainder of your nose and see whether breaking the bones is necessary to achieve the desired effect.
An in-person exam with a board-certified plastic surgeon is always the best way to fully evaluate your needs and obtain an individualized medical advice. Best of luck! Dr. Michael Omidi.

Open rhinoplasty candidate, some advices:

Thank you very much for the questions.

The harmony between facial parts makes us instinctively recognize the beauty... without knowing it, without defining it, just a perception that surprises and captivates us.

In this regard, After having analyzed all the info. and photos provided to us, i recommend you perform an Open Full Rhinoplasty, includding narrowing of the nasal base and nostrils, with nasal bones treatment (controled fracture) and alar + triangular nasal cartilages re-shaping.
With this procedure you get a delicate nose, better harmonize with your other facial features.Kind regards

Full rhinoplasty procedure

A full rhinoplasty is required to narrow wide nose, which includes breaking the nasal bones to narrow the upper two thirds  of the nose. Osteotomies placed in the nasal bones allow narrowing of them in addition to the upper lateral cartilages. Suture techniques  and a conservative cartilage removal can accomplish narrowing the bulbous tip. An alar-plasty is required to narrow wide nostrils. You can have a much prettier nose with narrowing of your nose and refinement of your tip and narrowing of the nostrils if you see a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who does natural noses and not the overdone look. The cost is about $6-8000.
