Are there concerns with weight loss pills, B12 injections, HCG, Phentermine before a TT? How soon to stop before surgery?

All physicians have different protocols, but I recommend stopping most non-essentials drugs at least 2 weeks before elective surgery.

Thank you for the question. Practices will vary but you will likely have a pre op appointment scheduled to review all of the above concerns. At that point, you will likely discuss your goals, questions and concerns with your surgeon. The planned procedure as well possible risks/complications will also be reviewed. Your plastic surgeon will likely provide you with a full list of "do's and don'ts" as well as necessary post op prescriptions. Best wishes.
