Is irritation and dryness fine after three years post LASIK surgery?

I have done LASIK in 2015, April and it was fine since I haven't faced any issues so far but now I am feeling little irritation in my both eyes however my doctor prescribed Trehalube eye drops ( four times in a day and Eyemist Gel for the night). Is little irritation fine? Whether the prescribed medicines are good for my eyes or not.

Dry eyes are extremely common and prior LASIK surgery is a risk factor --as is computer and other modern device usage. Over the counter tears may help in mild situations, but typically some form of anti-inflammatory intervention is required to stop the progression of ocular surface inflammation.
