I had 5 implants placed a week ago and everything appeared to be going well and now I am in terrible pain. My jaw is so tender I can barely touch it. It only appears to be one implant area. I remember yawning and felt a very sharp pain as though something had torn. Is it possible that I tore the sutures and dislodged the implant and that is what is causing pain?
