I had PRK surgery done to both of my eyes yesterday, March 30th, 2018. My eylids are so swollen and my eyes are burning. I've been using the drops exactly as prescribed. Can I use warm compresses on my eyelids for the swelling?

First of all, I would recommend that you return to your PRK doctor, or at least an ophthalmologist or optometrist, rather than urgent care, which are not eye doctors. But getting elbowed should have no long-term effect on your PRK results.
Advanced Surface Ablation is a variation of PRK. I would expect little further change 1.5 years after treatment. Most likely, there is some astigmatism which could be corrected by another treatment. Maybe a second opinion is in order.
