1 day post PRK surgery. Can I use warm compresses on my eyelids for the swelling?

I had PRK surgery done to both of my eyes yesterday, March 30th, 2018. My eylids are so swollen and my eyes are burning. I've been using the drops exactly as prescribed. Can I use warm compresses on my eyelids for the swelling?
