I had an orbital decompression surgery a year ago and i have a double vision On my left eye because it got damaged after the surgery. Can i have a laser surgery to change the colour of my eyes without causing any damage to the eye muscles? The laser surgery is done after removing the cornea so the cornea doesnt get damaged then after laser the cornea will be placed back . My question is does the laser go deep to the back of the eye or does it only treat the out layer of the eye?
