Bruised feeling on one breast near incision after swimming, 8 weeks after Breast Augmentation.

I have been swimming, not laps just paddling around, 8 weeks after breast augmentation. 450cc over muscle. It feels like a bruise, only when I touch it. No redness or swelling. Temp varies between 36.6-37.1. It doesn't look any differant so I haven't attached photos.

Discomfort after exertion is common following submuscular breast augmentation.

Submuscular placement of a breast implant causes significant pectoralis muscle trauma. Symptoms of muscle soreness after exertion may persist for 2-3 months. Your narrative is consistent with this expectation. If symptoms progress, discuss with your plastic surgeon.
