Pt. info: 30 y.o. male in good health. I'm 3 months post-op from a mandibular wrap-around implant placement. I'm still dissatisfied with the design so I would like to remove or replace it with two separate jaw angle implants. What considerations should I be aware of if I proceed? Is there any way to preserve my chin muscle function this time? Not being able to smile for 2 months was rough. Any surgeons willing to take on the procedure? Happy with last surgeon just not with the design.
