Second stage implants while pregnant?

Hi I had stage 1 implants and bone grafting which went well in December 2017 I was told to wait for 3-6 months for my second stage. Then I found out in January 2018 that I’m pregnant. I planned to and do my second stage in June 2018 when I’m on my second trimester is it safe to go ahead with the procedure.
