Would Silhouette Instalift results be long-lasting?

Hello! I am considering having the Silhouette Instalift procedure, but I’ve read quite a few articles where doctors commented that they only last a few months. I know the PLLA threads last longer and are made from the same material as Sculptra. Would the threads not have have the same collagen-building effect as Sculptra, making the effects of the Instalift last longer?
