How would I still know if I have a infection in my right breast? (photos)

My breast is still brick hard with green and yellow gunk coming out and it has a order my suregeon says I don't have one but the e.r says I do . And how will I find out what is in the fluid pocket

I'm sorry you are dealing with this complication.  Close follow up with your plastic surgeon is important.  Your surgeon will have more experience dealing with wounds than anyone else.

Breast reduction

The area of the T is a common place where breast reductions can have wound breakdown. I can't tell for sure from the pictures if it is infected.  Infection symptoms include but not limited to erythema, pus, and fevers.  I have seen before where a non surgical M.D. calls something infected when in fact it was just an open wound. They are not familiar with post op surgical care.  I would keep in close contact with your surgeon and and review your concerns with him.  He will be best at managing your post surgical needs.
