Which is better for anti-aging, TNS Essential Serum or tretinoin?

I would recommend tretinoin as your most effective choice between the TNS and tretinoin.   There are hundreds of studies in the plastic surgery and dermatology peer-reviewed professional journals that are not industry- or profit- driven and they consistently show that tretinoin has a lot of benefits for the skin from acne treatment and prevention, reducing pore size, increasing cell turnover and freshening of the skin, reducing the appearance and depth of wrinkles and brown spots, and thinning thickened skin when needed, such as psoriasis plaques.   Have you tried alternating products if you really love the TNS?  You might be able to use the tretinoin a few times a week, and other times use the TNS if you have a lot you need to use up.  Discuss it with your trusted dermatologist and they will probably recommend the tretinoin also, unless they have some vested interested in the other company.  Buyer beware, and best of luck!

You should be on a topical retinoid, because if you're not, you're missing a great easy opportunity. A retinoid is a vitamin A derivative that has the power to improve collagen deficiency and repair and protect skin cells from UV exposure, leading to younger, healthier-looking skin. It is most commonly used to treat acne, psoriasis, wrinkles, melasma, and performs with pretty impressive results. There simply is not the same kind of high quality data to support the use of the TNS Essential Serum over a tretinoin product. There is no question that if I were recommending one of the two to my patients, tretinoin would win out as the top choice every time.
