I'm currently a G cup but would like to be more of a DD with a nice lift. However, I would like the top of the breast to be full not flat. It sounds strange to be to have a reduction to only get a implant. Can I achieve this look without an implant? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.
Answer: Reshape upper pole fullness There is a new technique called The Ultimate Breast Lift, which reshapes your breast creating upper pole fullness, elevates them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. This technique avoids the ugly vertical scars of the lollipop or boat anchor shaped incisions, maintains nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed. No implants are required and breasts can be reduced to the size the patient desires. Over reduction is not necessary for eliminating pain because the weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying muscle for pain relief. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Fullness Without Breast Implants Thanks for your question. Based on your photo, you appear to have adequate volume to achieve natural-looking fullness of the upper pole without the need for an implant. Experienced plastic surgeons can use a variety of techniques to position your own breast tissue into a fuller shape. This is a common concern for breast lift patients, but implants are usually only needed if there isn't much volume to begin with. Be sure to consult a surgeon who has experience with a variety of forms of breast surgery, and good luck with your procedure.

Answer: Replacing upper pole fullness with a breast lift Your question is very valid since a breast lift or reduction often does require an implant to replace upper pole fullness. From this photo, it appears that you have enough breast tissue to achieve your goal without implants, however, a thorough examination with breast measurements would be completed before making a final surgical determination. There are also many choices of breast implants now available if they are needed.

Answer: Breast reduction and lift WITH upper pole fullness and NO IMPLANT This is just my pet peeve, surgeons putting implants into big breasts to get upper pole fullness. Just use the existing breast tissue, or move some fat into the area. Geez. I could give you more detail, but there are a few surgical maneuvers that accomplish this very successfully, and the doctor you select should be familiar with them.
