Approaching 4 Weeks Since Septorhinoplasty and Feel Pressure in Nose While Running - Should I Stop?

It's been nearly 4 weeks since my septorhinoplasty, so I went on a run but I feel this slight pressure in my nose when I hit the ground. Should I stop? Or this just something I can get on with? I'm especially worried about this ruining the results of the operation.

I usually have my patients wait a good 6 weeks or so before resuming running after rhinoplasty.  The nose will feel heavy and probably will swell and be uncomfortable when you bounce up and down.

This is a good question to ask the surgeon who did your procedure. Assuming you cannot get in touch with him, then if it hurts- best to hold off. I generally allow patients to resume running after 5 weeks if everything feels solid on examination.
