PRK or ICL for 29 y/o with moderate myopia, astigmatism & no previous operations?

Soft contact lenses as teen, glasses since then Consultation with Ophthalmology clinic said I wasnt eligible for LASIK due to cornea thickness but indicated PRK would be perfect...they didn't mention ICL as they don't perform it Just learned about ICL and I can't decide which to do as I BELIEVE both PRK and ICL can fix myopia/astigmatism AND can be performed multiple times. Which is safer in the long run? AKA can I have PRK done after ICL and vice versa if I get bad results?
