Can a low Total T3, Free T4 and Free T3 contribute to hair loss even if your TSH value is within the typical range?

If the TSH is within the typical range, what could potentially cause T4 and T3 values to be lower or below normal? What is the mechanism behind Free T3 and Free T4? I am a 28 year old, female. Results: Total T3: 58 (lab range 76-181 ng/dL), Free T3: 2.3 (lab range 2.3-4.2 pg/mL), Free T4: .7 (lab range .08-1.8 ng/dL), Total T4: 6.1 (lab range 4.5-12.0 mcg/dL), Thyroid Perixodase Antibodies 55 (lab range <9), TSH: 2.47 (lab range .04-4.50).

There is a known relationship between over active thyroids or even under active thyroid and hair loss. The mechanism is not clearly defined, but this is an observational relationship.
