Can this be fixed at touch up? (photo)

I just had my eyebrows microbladed yesterday. They are too dark and close together. One arch is higher than the other leaving me looking surprised and and they seem too far down on my eyelids Making my eyes seem droopy. The technician told me that she knew there were some things that need to be fixed but I bled a lot during the procedure and eyebrows need to rest and she would fix them at the touch up. She told me not to panic they would be dark and swollen. But I’m panicked
