Would I need jaw surgery? (Photo)

I am going to the orthodontist for a consultation and looking up braces now I'm wondering if I need jaw surgery. I can tell from photos I have plenty of issues overbite and overjet and maybe more.

Yes. You have a moderate "overbite" or class II occlusion. You need to see a surgeon to come up with a plan for orthodontics and jaw surgery. The total length of treatment is about 2 years.
