Strenuous Activity after Transplant
In general moderate physical activity is okay after a 3 day period, while strenuous activity is fine after about 2 weeks. At a month out, you don't need to worry about harming your grafts.

You may resume a moderate workout after the 4th day post op however strenuous exercise, wait at least a week.
