Is there a surgeon out there who could help me drastically minimize these massive scars on both cheeks? (photos)

I've already had one revision for these cheek piercing scars yet I really need more revision to be able to tolerate my own face again. I know I am overly critical but this has caused me so much anguish. It's been about a month or two since first revision. I know fillers can help with the compression but what can I do for the scars themself? Lasers would destroy my skin, fact. I just want them to look less disgusting when my face is rested. :(

Scar revision with CO2RE

It appears by your pictures you would be a good candidate for the CO2RE laser.  I would recommend three to five treatments at four week intervals for best improvement.  Realistically scars are permanent, however these treatments would make the scar appear less prominent.  In addition, if there is minute redness we can do Vbeam laser treatments as well as scar therapy cream with spf like a BioCorneum and/or Skin Medica Scar Recovery Gel.

If downtime is an issue the Sublative Fractional RF handpiece on the elosPlus would be a great option. Microneedling and PRP would work well in a series of treatments.

Hope this helps.  Good luck.

Scars on the cheeks can be improved after piercing scar closure

I would begin with a combination Hidef Scar Protocol that includes subcision, fractional laser, fillers, and Ematrix. Use Plato's Scar Serum and Melarase creams first.
