Are there any insurance companies that will cover a breast lift in Alabama, specifically, Huntsville, Alabama? Is there a surgeon who does option plans?

The ASPS website is a good starting point to find a list of qualified surgeons in your area. Dr. Deason Dunagan and Dr. William Alison. Consult with 2 - 3 surgeons in your area to find one who has the requisite skills, experience, training, and understanding of your objectives.

Breast Lift is not commonly covered by insurance companies.

First, I do not know of any insurance company that would cover a breast lift. As for a surgeon, you could start out looking for someone in your area at the ASPS or ASAPS websites.

When choosing a breast lift surgeon, it is important to use a board-certified plastic surgeon with a great deal of experience in this procedure. Patients said they have many different options in breast lift surgery. Your plastic surgeon should be well-versed in all of these techniques. Discuss with your plastic surgeon would your ultimate breast goals are so that they may customize the surgery to help a couple of them. In our practice, 95% of our patients receive their surgery through an incision limited only around the areola or with a lollipop incision. Once you have found a surgeon that you feel comfortable with, they may then create a letter of authorization to send to your insurance company to determine if the surgery will be covered by your plan.

No, no where

By definition a breast lift or mastopexy is a cosmetic procedure and is not covered by insurance.  Just no medical indication to do this, all for looks. Sorry.

Not likely that breast lifts are covered

Breast reductions of at least 500 grams, little over a pound are usually covered by insurance companies if there are related symptoms from the heavy breast. I have never heard of a insurance company covering a breast lift in any state. Breast lifts, while they do great things to make your breast look better are considered cosmetic surgery. Cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance or should it be. I suggest you find a good board certified plastic surgeon and talk with them what you hope to achieve and then talk about the cost. Make sure they are comfortable showing you photos of their results.
