Can I have more refreshed look? Hollow eye with droopy sides. (photos)

My eyes have tired look most of the time as there is not so much fat tissue around... it is also genetic that excess skin at outer sides getting down more every year.. how can i get help about it? Excess skin should be removed? And injections between upper eyelid and brow? Thank you!

Hollow eyes, need filler

You have hollow upper eyelids/brows and adding volume via fat or filler injection will certainly create more youthful eyes. See following video and link.

You have a very hollow upper sulcus.  This can make you look tired.  Try some HA filler into the upper sulcus.  There are not many people who know how to do this, so look around!  When done correctly can look great.

The hollow look is best treated by adding volume synthetic fillers such as HA can be used but fat transfer is completely natural and lasts for many years to decades. Please use link for examples.
