I used TCA peeling on my mole and after 1 year the area became darkened. What should I do? (Photo)

TCA and moles.

Firstly TCA should not be used on moles. If a mole is treated with laser or TCA - histology may show a pseudo melanoma. Now, you have an option for surgical revision of that mole. Lasers do not work well for pigment moles (not as reliable as surgery). See a Plastic surgeon for advice. Dr Davin S. Lim
