Brazilian Buttock lift

Aggressive liposuction is just a description to impress you.

It means to me that all the fat need to be removed without causinf depressions and deformities.

In shaping the Buttock area some areas of fat collection like the flanks the posterior mid back and occaisionally the posterior thigh need to be liposuctioned to give the buttocks a nicder shape. then do the fat transfer to the buttock to enhance volume and shape.

Understanding buttock aesthetics is vital to accomplishing a good result. One has to consider the entire body not just the projection of the buttocks.

Aggresive liposuction

In order to obtain good contouring of the torso for a brazilian butt lift, aggressive liposuction is a must. Its part of my technique, and you will truly see the benefits of good liposuction post recovery. It is also necessary since that is the main source of fat for injection into your gluteal area. Some surgeons do not do aggressive liposutcion for this procedure.

This term "aggressive" means the surgeon NEEDs more fat to allow for more transfer to your buttock.

What is aggressive liposuction, and is it needed for the Brazilian Butt Lift?

Aggressive liposuction suggests an aggressive approach to lipossuction- meaning as much fat as possible will be removed. I don't think you need to use the adjective " aggressive" because liposuction by itself should signify aggressive removal fat. As ar as the Brazilian Butt Lift is concerned, the areas around the buttocks should always be attended to which include the waist, the lower back hump( which is present in some ), the hip region and the area immediately beneath the buttocks, the so called "banana roll".

Aggressive liposuction

It just means that the surgeon wasn't simply sculpting a stubborn area of fat but was trying really hard to get as much fat as possible for the butt augmentation.  It is likely that you are not very fat and the surgeon doesn't have a lot of fat to work with.
