Will light flashes caused by Aerolase laser cause damage to my eyes? (photo)

I underwent Aerolase laser treatment for my face to tighten my pores. I was wearing protective eye goggles and was closing my eyes tight but was seeing flashes of red light during the procedure. Is this normal ? Should I be worried about my eyes ?
