Doxycycline and IPL: can I get laser hair removal while taking this medication?

I am using doxycycline (doryx) and Rosex, can I have IPL (hair removal) on my upper lip and have my eyebrows waxed? If not, can I stop them a few days prior to having them done?

You should probably do laser hair removal before intimate bleaching. I would probably get the laser hair removal treatment first and then wait a month and do the bleaching.
