I had 2 crowns which were infected for a few years , had them extracted 5 months ago, back to the dentist for my implant but not have enough bone to secure,had a bone graft ( bovine) done,he has left me with a gum flap on the roof of my mouth , what happens to the flap because I'm not due back for 6 months , I'm I going to be left with a lump of gum on my mouth roof or does he stretch it back ? thanks
