can be done as mentioned earlier.  Your scars may be more noticeable and your areola will never be as large as a females and you won't have the projection of a female augmentation.  But an augmentation in a male can always be done without hormones.

Males do not need hormone replacement to get female breasts.  I have gotten excellent results with saline implants.  It doesn't seem like they get the rippling of the implants that females do.  They look very natural.
