I am 5' 10" 165 slender. Forty years old been obsessed with being female for over 25 years. Seen horror HRT stories. Can I get help here or do i go overseas?

Although the male breast can be augmented to achieve a certain volume, the form of the male breast with regard to areola and nipple size and skin envelope may be and usually is very different from that of a female.  This all comes down to expectations.   Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA

can be done as mentioned earlier.  Your scars may be more noticeable and your areola will never be as large as a females and you won't have the projection of a female augmentation.  But an augmentation in a male can always be done without hormones.

Males do not need hormone replacement to get female breasts.  I have gotten excellent results with saline implants.  It doesn't seem like they get the rippling of the implants that females do.  They look very natural.
