I'm not interested in surgery at this time, so I'd like to know if fillers would help with my under eye bags. If so, which type of filler would you recommend? Thank you in advance!
Answer: Fillers for lower lids Good morning, while surgery will give you the best and more long lasting results, based on your photo, you should be able to get a good improvement with lower eyelid fillers. Please make sure you see an Oculoplastic expert with significant experience in this area, as fillers in the lower lids do have inherent risks that can lead to blindness even if not done correctly or conservatively. Good luck.

Answer: Improving Under Eye / Tear Trough with Injectable Fillers (Belotero, Volbella, Restylane Silk) -- add Lasers, Microneedling/PRP Fillers like Belotero, Volbella, and Restylane Silk are good for improving under the eyes, but keep in mind that a combination approach will give the most improvement. My patients try to get non-surgical treatments to avoid surgery, so we use fillers, lasers, microneedling/PRP and stem cells. I suggest consulting with an expert to develop a treatment plan best suited for you. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Tear trough Hi,Under eye fillers work best for patients who have minimal eye bags and mostly have a volume deficit. You appear to have a combination of both and while surgery may give you a better overall result, you can still expect to have a nice improvement with filler. I exclusively use restylane in the tear through.Best,

Answer: Dermal fillers Dear osadosalosa, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from dermal fillers. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
