Can Silicone from Breast Implants Melt Inside the Body?

I'm having a Breast Lift with silicone gel Breast implants and am curious about it. They say gummy bear implants don't leak when punctured, but in your body where it is 98.6 degrees can the silicone break down and melt?

What is conservative to one individual is not necessarily conservative to another. It is in the eye of the beholder. So let the surgeon know your preferences and what YOU consider to be conservative. Using sizers may help. A sample video below reveals the use of sizers.
