Do you recommend this treatment?

Yes, can be used for hand rejuvenation, but combination treatments best...

Yes you can use this for hand rejuvenation, however the treatments must be more conservative than with facial rejuvenation. For hand rejuvenation, often 3-4 treatments are best.
We find Fraxel 1927 with BBL is the treatment of choice for pigmentation. If volume loss is present, the use of a filler together with laser is recommended. Many treatment combinations are successful, but as a stand alone treatment, Profractional can improve the ageing hands by reducing pigment, and stimulating collagen.

Hand Rejuvenation with ProFractional Treatments

The ability to carefully pick the depth of the fractional columns, their density / % overlap and the amount of energy delivered makes it a great device to treat the aging hand. It can easily be combined with filler or fat hand injections for a great cosmetic result.
