Yes you can use this for hand rejuvenation, however the treatments must be more conservative than with facial rejuvenation. For hand rejuvenation, often 3-4 treatments are best. 
We find Fraxel 1927 with BBL is the treatment of choice for pigmentation. If volume loss is present, the use of a filler together with laser is recommended. Many treatment combinations are successful, but as a stand alone treatment, Profractional can improve the ageing hands by reducing pigment, and stimulating collagen.

The ability to carefully pick the depth of the fractional columns, their density / % overlap and the amount of energy delivered makes it a great device to treat the aging hand. It can easily be combined with filler or fat hand injections for a great cosmetic result.
