You probably are still seeing the effects of some mild swelling after removing your faja. It can take several more months before that swelling goes away completely.

There is nothing that will make a noticeable difference in that skin overhang short of having it surgically removed. While devices like Bodytite and Renuvion are effective, they can only produce mild to moderate skin retraction.

This is likely due to technical issues with the liposuction that was performed. The only suggestion I would have is to perhaps consider liposhifting with an experienced liposuction surgeon, though even that may be difficult to perform if you have a lot of scar tissue.
