Should I Get a Jaw Reduction or Chin Reduction? (photo)

Hello! I want to know which I should get first to get a dramatic or a very noticeable result on having a v shape face. Is it asymmetric jaw reduction surgery or an asymmetric chin shaving surgery?

Thinning the jaw area may help.  I can't tell if a chin implant would help from the photos submitted.  You really need an in-person exam to assess what is best for you.  One option is to try Botox to the jaw.  If you like the appearance, then a permanent jaw reduction can be done.  Best wishes.

From that one picture, I'd suggest simply shaving the asymmetry off the left side of the chin.  You have a masculine chin, and making it more "V" shaped would tend to feminize it.  Correcting the asymmetry may help, though.  A profile picture would help in providing a more detailed answer.
