Hello, I am a 22 year old male. i have been noticing for about the past year or so my hair is thinning out but its only the front. to where i know I'm going to have horseshoe shaped baldness..i was reading up on how i can bring it back naturally by using vitamin A,E,B-6,B-12,and vitamin D. i was wondering if this is true..
