I had ptosis surgery 2 months ago. My eyelid was overcorrected, so 2 weeks ago my surgeon performed the surgery again to bring it down but its still too high. Can this just be reversed as it was before surgeries? What is the best kind of doctor to fix others mistakes?
Hi, I am 7 weeks post op. Incision is bright red and not folding over. I had ptosis corrected on both eyes (skin + fat taken out). When I open my eyes, the skin between eyebrow and incision does not fold over, making the red incision line visible + looks like I have no defined crease. Is this due to swelling, because of too much skin taken out or because not attaching to the muscle properly? The margin between lashes and incision is also high. Will this lash-incision margin decrease in width?
I got my eyelids done 2 months ago to make my eyes look bigger and now they look uneven. Do you think that it will be like this permanently? Will it be even after six to twelves month. My doctor told me that they will be even after the swelling go down, but there would be 10 - 20% chance that he might have to fix the higher one. Is 10% to 20% high chance? Do you think it will be alright after six months. I appreciate any opinions. Thank you so much
