Been a patient of Dr Zarraga for the past 5 years whom I would rate among the best of the best if not for the fact that he referred me to his partner for Moh's Rhino surgery. My experience was shocking. First I thought she was on amphetamines as Ive never seen anyone work at such alarming speed. The kind of experience you expect at the Indy 500 when pulling your race car in for a pit stop. Some time subsequent to her surgery the sutures failed and unknowingly left me with an eraser size hole in my nose. Being filled with dry blood I was unable to recognize what happened. After a week of scarring next she squeezed it together with glue leaving me with concave compression similar to a belly button on my nose. Fast forward another week and upon follow up she offered me laser treatments to help mitigate the damage at 1/2 price, however, that price was double what I had paid for comparable laser skin treatment at another Dermatologist on Las Olas high rent district.  Upon consulting two outside Laser Trained Dermatologist specialists both declined to treat me as it wouldn't achieve in their opinion an acceptable outcome, just drain my wallet and both referred me to a cosmetic surgeon to repair the damage doubling my cost for this procedure. 140 days and Z Roc after 3 requests fails repeatedly to submit my insurance claim.
