Dermal Fillers
Q What would you recommended? Fillers, botox or surgery? Thinking about lips, chin/jaw, eye lift/ brow lift. (photos)
A

You are absolutely beautiful!  When I look at faces, however, I break them down into sections.  In doing so, and keeping in mind that you have ideals to which you look, I would think you could consider enhancement of your lower face and cheeks.  Sculpting of your jawline and mild chin augmentation would help create the sculpted look that is a common thread amongst the celebrities that you mentioned.  I love Radiesse for this, but find that Voluma works well too.  Both of those work well to enhance the cheek bones as well.  Lip augmentation is easily accomplished with fillers as well.  I think your nose is lovely, but feel you could get more definition with contouring.  If you had obvious deformity of your nose or an unpleasant shape, you could consider rhinoplasty.  I think this is unnecessary for you, but it is your choice.  I would certainly start with the other modifications before opting for surgery.

Thread Lift
Q What is your experience with using threads to treat facial lines?
A

We have great success with barbed PDO threads for lift of the midface (nasolabial folds) and lower face (marionette lines).  We usually see best result with three threads on each side in the midface and three threads in the lower face.  Significant improvement is seen immediately, but the effects improve over the first three months as collagen is stimulated and tightening increases.  Filler in these areas is also useful and can produce an immediate effect.  Filler in the cheeks can result in lift that softens the nasolabila folds, but has little effect on the lower face.  Filler injected into the marionette lines is helpful as well.  I do not think that filler under they eyes would help these areas, but if your provider is recommending it, it is likely beneficial for another reason.
