Erin has more than 28 years of nursing experience. Before pursuing a career in aesthetic nursing, she had been a senior surgical nurse in the Operating team at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, participating in the States’ first pediatric heart transplant. Erin has had extensive training in aesthetic nursing since 2007. Erin has owned and operated her own Medical Spa before merging with A Younger You. Erin states, “It is so gratifying to help others look and feel their best”. She frequently attends educational training sessions to enhance her injectable techniques. She is considered an expert injector with an artistic approach, according to her peers.
Micaela is our Operations Manager and Marketing Assistant here at A Younger You! She works side by side with our social media marketing team to help enhance productivity at the spa. Micaela was new to the medical spa field when she first joined our team, but with her 10+ years of experience in customer service and 4 years in the banking industry, the utilization of her past work experiences have been a great asset into helping our company blossom and enhance customer productivity.
Amy is a Licensed Aesthetician and Certified laser technician at A Younger You Medical Spa and is a graduate of Vici Beauty School & Aveda Institute. She has been working in a Medical spa setting for over 5 years and holds many certifications for a wide variety of aesthetic treatments. With Amy’s sweet and comforting attitude, she will surely make each visit relaxing, professional, comfortable, and goal driven.
Kristy is one of our medical assistants and aestheticians at A Younger You. She graduated with her Associates Degree of applied science from Anthem College in 2008. Kristy became a Certified Laser Technician in 2016 and continues to further educate herself in all the newest and greatest treatments and procedures. She has a high desire to make sure all of her clients are satisfied. With Kristy’s sweet and silly personality, she will be sure to make your experience comfortable and memorable!
Kim is a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience in multiple areas of nursing. Before leaving the bedside, she worked in Emergency Medicine, Pediatric, & Neonatal and Adult Intensive Care medicine. Her passion for skincare and helping others to feel beautiful lead her to aesthetics. She prides herself on helping others have a more natural, youthful appearance. Her hope is that she increases the possibility of you getting carded again and that you don’t have a need for a filter on your selfie!
Vanessa graduated with her Bachelor’s in Nursing and became an RN in 2017. She worked in a Surgical Intensive Care unit out of nursing school until deciding to join the field of aesthetic medicine. She has always had a love for beauty and skincare, and when she discovered the field of medical aesthetics, she immediately started to seek out training courses to become an Aesthetic Nurse. She is passionate about helping each patient feel their most confident. She practices based on her belief that aesthetics is about enhancing your natural beauty, and will have you leaving each appointment feeling radiant and beautiful.
Carol originally set out to be an accountant, receiving a B.S. in accounting from Arizona State University. After a few years in the industry, her passion and love for all things “skin” prevailed and led to a career as an aesthetician. Over the years, Carol has earned numerous certifications and attended advanced training seminars to remain on top of the latest in the industry. She has even worked alongside a double board-certified plastic surgeon in the Milwaukee area who has provided her with a wealth of knowledge. Her skills and expertise in providing superior medical ?aesthetic services and her knowledge of medical-grade skincare products makes it possible for Carol to help her clients achieve their goals and realize the best version of themselves. Carol is exceptionally dedicated and strives to make sure her clients truly love their experience at A Younger You.
