Best Plastic Surgeon in Arkansas

Dr. Wright is wonderful. He’s very professional but easy going so you don’t feel awkward. He’s kind, funny, and does excellent work. Great beside manner. Highly recommend him!! His staff are also professional and their skills are excellent. Their new office is something you would find in larger city. We’re lucky to have them all here.

You don't have to travel to Beverly Hills for a top caliber plastic surgeon

Top caliber plastic surgeon. We have our very own Beverly Hills Hollywood'esque surgeon, right here in Arkansas with Dr. Wright. Dr. Wright was abundant in kindness, knowledgeable in his career field, (and I suspect many other areas as well) sensitive, informative. After leaving his office after my initial consult, I immediately felt at ease and confident in my choice of selecting him for my...

Small scars after breast implant removal & lift, very happy

I’m so very pleased with Dr. Wright and his staff. I was having issues with my breast implants and heard he was one of the best at removing them. I wanted a lift as well, and he had a lot of photos on his website so I could see his work. He is very nice and easy to talk to. I traveled 6.5 hrs and his staff organized everything into one three day trip. We have done follow up telehealth. I f...

Highly recommend - very happy to be back to my natural body

Dr. Wright was very open to listening and giving great professional advice. He seemed to be unbiased in his work and truly went for what is best for the patient in my experience. He removed my breast implants and even recommended that I not get a lift- other surgeons I called were absolutely insistent on a lift with explant. Turns out Dr Wright was completely professional and correct. ...

Fantastic doctor - I would definitely recommend

I’m currently one week out from a Breast Reduction and still in the recovery/healing stages. Dr Wright has been absolutely fantastic! I was very comfortable with him and the entire processes as everything was explained thoroughly prior to surgery. I was provided every opportunity needed to ask questions along the way as well as following. Dr Wright was great with explaining e...

Q: Ellacor for crepey skin on neck after facelift?
Answered by Dr. WrightApril 6, 2024

A: To best answer your question, an exam would be needed. Lower face/neck lifts typically improve any neck skin laxity. But patients not wishing to undergo further surgeries, nonsurgical options will improve this area. RF micro needling does not remove any skin. It uses energy based thermal injury of the skin to improve skin quality. ellacor is a micro-coring device that does not cause any thermal injury of the skin. This is the only device that removes skin. Depending on your exam, more than one session of ellacor may be recommended.

Q: Ellacor with ACDIF?
Answered by Dr. WrightJune 27, 2023

A: Ellacor can be used to address the skin on your neck. Your history of spinal surgery would not cause any concerns for receiving this procedure. Dr. Eric J. Wright

Q: Would Ellacor be a viable option to help lift the philtrum?
Answered by Dr. WrightFebruary 16, 2023

A: Micro-coring allows for removal of skin in the upper lip. This would allow for lifting to occur. As this is the only non-surgical way of skin removal, this is the best option for lifting the philtrum while avoiding an incision. Ellacor can be used over several sessions to obtain the results you are looking for. Good luck with your procedure. Dr. Eric J. Wright

Q: Is Ellacor an absolute no-no for people with facial implants?
Answered by Dr. WrightFebruary 16, 2023

A: I would recommend discussing this with your Plastic Surgeon. The concern relates to wanting to avoid any complications including injury of the implant or infection. After an examination, your surgeon can answer the probability of this occurring and if other options would be more beneficial. Dr. Eric J. Wright

Q: How often should I get Ellacor after the first 2-3 sessions?
Answered by Dr. WrightJanuary 31, 2023

A: Hi, congratulations on obtaining excellent results from Ellacor micro-coring. Refresher treatments can be determined by ongoing follow up exams. Though once a year may be beneficial for some patients, the results will likely last longer for patients. Dr Eric J Wright
