The staff was OK while in clinic nothing out of the ordinary there. The transplant was very painful, the numbing part of it. I did the transplant to lower my hairline. It has not been progressing very well. There is no growth or thickening. It has pretty much looked like this since about the six month mark. The clinic they’re telling me they’ll get better overtime than when I realized that’s not happening. I was told they would check with the doctor. I was then told I had severe dermatitis and that impacted the result. My question was then if they examined my head and saw that this would be an issue why go ahead with the procedure. Then I was told I could come back and they would redo the procedure. I would just have to pay for the operating room cost and I did not agree with that. I said nothing has failed on my end. I did everything I was supposed to do. It’s now become the “unfortunately all records show no transplant problems”! My hairline is the problem. There should not be patch along the front that refuses to lengthen their spaces in there, and it seems as if my hair behind the transplant has fallen out or thinned out so badly. Save your money and go to Heva. This is $2600 that I have wasted, which does not even amount to the amount of pain that this was and because I don’t agree with paying the operating cost to redo something that I did not mess up. I’m now left with pretty much just sorry. Stay away from this place for your hair transplant. I can’t speak to anyone else’s issues experience or how it was dealt with I can always speak with mine.
